BRAND:

Help Expert’s mission statement is to improve the lives of children and young people. They achieve this by providing parenting help to all whom request it. ‚Ä®‚Ä®Along with a vision to share parenting strategies and tools. They can acknowledge parenting to be one of the most difficult jobs in the world that comes with very little training. ¬†Their belief is that everyone should have access to expert parenting, whether it be in the form of general advice or support. With over 15 years experience working with parents, families, children and young people, their team of experts pride themselves on garnering positive and informative results.

BRIEF:

Help Experts is the brainchild of Carly Abigail. Along with her specially selected experts, spanning from child psychologists to behavioural specialists; she brings a toolkit ready to equip classic and contemporary parenting styles. She felt a need to provide specific assistance to families struggling with the day-to-day affairs of raising a family. Her need to brand Help Experts from the bootstraps up, caused her to seek out greater expertise to convey her concept and overarching vision. A strong brand logo intertwining 3 specific colours within a symbol signifying unity and infinity. This would go on to be the cornerstone of the entire project.

SOLUTION:

Carly’s vision was exacting and with specific details that needed to be focused upon. This project started with numerous sketches, as some clients need to build a vision that starts with brainstorming. The concept of Colour Psychology was imperative and was implemented in an intertwined Purple (Wisdom), Blue (Trust) and Green (Growth) with an overall appeal that was friendly and welcoming. We ran the palette through all stationary affects, social media profiles and finally via the website. The immediate feel was nuance and refreshing with additional imagery sourced via iStock to convey a vision of professionalism and approachability.
